"I find the Yantra Mat surprisingly comfortable to lie on and have experienced a restful night's sleep after using it for the recommended 20 minutes. I also use it on my chair and have noticed that it creates a sense of warmth in my back. As the Yantra Mat works on the principles of acupressure, I find that it stimulates contact points in the body thus improving the flow of blood throughout the body. I have recommended the Yantra Mat to my friends and clients to help with relaxation." Sarah Bird, Stress Management Consultant and Professional Mentor.
Check out Sarah's Top 3 Tips for reducing Stress
1) Eat yourself calm. Eat well and eat healthily. Avoid stimulants like coffee and diet drinks, and don't eat later at night when your digestion simply won't have time to work through that late dinner. Drink more water, because if you become dehydrated, your brain will become fatigued and it is then difficult to concentrate.
2) Get yourself a Yantra Mat. The Yantra Mat is based on the ancient healing art of acupressure and stimulates contact points in the body, thus improving the flow of blood. It's perfect for anybody who wants to have more energy and increase their well-being. I personally find it very relaxing.
3) Treat yourself. Little treats like a massage or a manicure make you feel special. Even at bath time, turn it into a treat by lighting some candles or playing relaxing music. And then soak your stress away - don't just jump in and out!

Listen to Sarah Bird speaking about the benefits of the Yantra mat and about how acupressure works.
“The Yantra Mat gives a nice relaxing moment with positive effects on both body and soul. At first you can feel a slight discomfort, but after a while a warm feeling will spread through your body. I feel refreshed after a laze on the Yantra Mat; perfect after a long walk.” Dr Anders Ehnberg
“There are no doubts that the Yantra Mat really works. The acupressure effect from the Mat is significant. When you work on so many acupressure points at the same time with your own weight, the effect is incredibly effective. People today really need to relax more and this Mat gives a concentrated relaxation while at the same time having a lot of good effects on the entire body. The Yantra Mat is based on Chinese medicine and I have recommended it to several customers and friends who are now using the Mat.” Anna Lena Uhlin, certified massage therapist
